The EMSense Foot Massager is a wrap-style massager for the soles of your feet. It combines a warm compress, massage pulses and light compression in one soft neoprene wrap with a simple control panel.
Slip your feet in, fasten the straps, choose your massage intensity and warmth level, and relax for 15–30 minutes while you read or watch TV.

The wrap has three jobs: sit comfortably around your foot, keep the warmth and massage where you want them, and stay put until you switch it off.
Fasten the straps, pick a massage level and the warmth setting on the control panel, then sit back. Fifteen to thirty minutes later, unfasten and put it on charge.

What should I check before my first use?
Read the directions in the pack and charge the massager fully. EMSense is not a medical device. If you are pregnant, or have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device, consult your physician before use. Consult your healthcare provider before use if you have an existing health condition. For external use only; do not use while sleeping or in wet environments; keep out of reach of children and pets.
