Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Register the return first by e-mail; return shipping is at your cost and the original shipping charge is not refunded. Customers in the EU and the UK also have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery.
