How long is a session?
Most people use the massager for 15–30 minutes at a time. It is designed for regular use, seated or reclining, and fits easily into a morning or evening routine.
Does it fit different foot sizes?
The foot massager has an adjustable wrap design that fits most foot sizes for men and women. The flexible straps let you find the fit that feels most comfortable.
Can I use it while walking or standing?
No. EMSense massagers are intended for use while sitting or reclining. Please remain seated and relaxed during a session.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every bundle is a one-time purchase. Nothing renews, nothing to cancel — reorder whenever you like.
When will my order ship?
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and tracking is sent by e-mail. Standard shipping is free on the bundles shown. Estimated delivery: United States 4–7 business days · United Kingdom 7–10 · Germany, Netherlands, France, Austria 5–11 · rest of Europe 10–20 · Australia and New Zealand 9–14 · other destinations 10–20.
Who should not use EMSense?
EMSense is not a medical device. If you are pregnant, or have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device, consult your physician before use. Consult your healthcare provider before use if you have an existing health condition. For external use only; do not use while sleeping or in wet environments; keep out of reach of children and pets.
What does the 30-day return window cover?
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Register the return first by e-mail; return shipping is at your cost and the original shipping charge is not refunded. Customers in the EU and the UK also have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. Read the Return Policy.

How can I track my order?
Use the Track my order page with your order number, tracking number or the e-mail address used at purchase. Tracking details are also sent by e-mail once your order is dispatched.
How do I return a product?
